This class is taught by:
Boot Camp - Variety of drills utilizing body weight as well as equipment. May include short distance running, wall ball throws, rope drills, sled pushes and traditional calisthenics such as squats, burpees, jumping jacks, jump rope, push ups and plank walks. Barbell - Muscle conditioning using a low load barbell/high rep scheme for all major muscle groups of the body.
