THIS IS A RAW MEET ONLY: This is a full 3-lift meet (squat, bench press and deadlift), with three attempts in each. We will allow a very limited number of lifters to participate in bench press only, deadlift only or push-pull (both bench press and deadlift). Contact the Meet Director prior to registration for approval to enter on a single-lift or push-pull basis. USAPL rules will govern the meet. For further clarification, refer to the USAPL rules at http://www.usapowerlifting.com/rules-bylaws/ . This is a one-day one-platform meet with a 60-lifter cap for 3-lift lifters. This is a drug-tested meet. No American records can be set at this meet, but state records can be set.
UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENT: One piece lifting suits (singlets) are mandatory for all contestants. Non-supportive briefs (underwear) without legs are required for competition and weigh-ins. DRUG TESTING: You will be asked prior to or at the meet to certify that you have not used any strength inducing drugs (i.e., any anabolic steroid, natural hormone or synthetic growth hormone) as part of your training during the past 36 months and that you have not used prescription diuretics or psychomotor stimulants during the seven days prior to the meet. Check www.wada-ama.org for banned substances list. At least 10% of lifters will be drug tested!
ELIGIBILITY: This meet is open to all currently registered USAPL members. Membership cards will not be sold at the meet. USAPL membership cards must be purchased or renewed for 2019 before registering for the meet. Please purchase or renew online at https://www.usapowerlifting.com/member-tools/membership.php. . No qualifying totals are required. Non-US citizens should contact the Meet Director prior to registering for the meet. Lifters who are under 18 must bring a parent or legal guardian to weigh-ins.

AWARDS: All lifters other than Youth lifters and Guest lifters will be entered in the open division, which will be scored by total for each weight class with awards to the top 3 lifters in each weight class. Youth lifters will also be scored in the same manner. We will also automatically enter all 3-lift lifters other than Guest lifters into their appropriate age divisions for no extra fee. Age division awards will go to the top three 3-lift lifters - all teen combined, all junior combined and all masters combined - based on Wilks scores with all weight classes combined. Best Lifter awards may also be awarded depending on turnout.
ENTRY FEE: $75 for full 3 lifts, $45 for single lift bench press or single lift deadlift, and $60 for push-pull (bench/deadlift). No refunds will be provided. Admission to the meet for others, including coaches, is $5 cash at the door (children under 10 are free).
ENTRY DEADLINE: Entries must be received by Friday, March 1, 2019. If the cap has not been met by the deadline, then late entries may be accepted with permission of the Meet Director and payment of a late fee of $25 in addition to the entry fee. Contact the Meet Director for late entry.
